Pico de Gallo

I wrote about Guacamole in the last post. However, avocados can be a little too fulling at times too. Therefore, this time let’s try to make Pico de Gallo instead! It is probably one of the easiest dish you can probably make! It is even simpler than Guacamole! In addition to that, no exotic or particular spices is required to make Pico de Gallo! If you like cilantro, you should love this too! 

Yellow Onion½  
Cilantro1 Strand
Jalapeno10 Thin Slices
[SAUCE] Salt½ Teaspoon
[SAUCE] Lemon Juice1 Tablespoon


  1. Finely dice the tomato, onion and jalapeno. Pinch out the leaves of the cilantro (you may also cut the cilantro leaves finer.)
  2. Add [SAUCE] mixture together with the diced ingredients and cilantro leaves and toss well.
  3. DŌZO!
