Mexican cuisine, especially Guacamole and Tacos, are something that I learned and got deeply addicted to while I lived in Southern California. I am glad to share this super simple Guacamole recipe to you so you can easily enjoy at home too!
|Minced Garlic||½ Tablespoon|
|Jalapeno (Optional)||10 Thin Slices|
|[SAUCE] Salt||¼ Teaspoon|
|[SAUCE] Ground Cumin||¼ Teaspoon|
|[SAUCE] Cayenne Powder||¼ Teaspoon|
|[SAUCE] Lemon Juice||1 Tablespoon|
- Finely dice the tomato, onion, avocados, and jalapeno. Then mince the garlic.
- Add [SAUCE] mixture together with the diced ingredients and toss well.
- For pastier guacamole, further mash the ingredients with a spoon or wooden pin.
