When I lived in Hong Kong, I often traveled to Macao, a former Portuguese colony, as it was only one hour away by ferry. Portuguese cuisine was the only type of food I would have! One of the dishes I must order every time was the octopus salad (Salada de Polvo)!
This dish makes it very simple and quick to prepare if you can buy octopus that is already cooked. If you can only have access to raw octopus, there will be an extra step to cook the octopus first in boiling water with some salt and vinegar.
