Kara-age (唐揚げ) usually is referring to the deep fried cooking method and is most often chicken. Karaage was popular even as early as the 20s in Japan and is now one of the most common foods throughout the entire Japan. Although Kara-age is mostly chicken bite size like nuggets, let’s make it with wings!!!
