Cucumbers is a staple in our family. I am always on the look for making some quick appetizer with cucumbers. This particular one makes a great side dish!
I recommend to place it the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving so it’s chilled! It is great for the summer and it pairs very well with beer!
INGREDIENTS | |

Cucumbers | 2 |
Salt | ¼ Teaspoon |
[SAUCE] Soy Sauce | 2 Teaspoons |
[SAUCE] Roasted Sesame Oil | 2 Teaspoons |
[SAUCE] Sugar | 1 Teaspoon |
[SAUCE] Crushed White Sesame Seeds | 2 Teaspoons |
[SAUCE] Chicken Bouillon Powder | 1 Teaspoon |
DIRECTIONS
- Cut cucumbers into slices and sprinkle the salt. Toss well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Pour out the liquid release from the cucumbers.
- Then without rinsing, pour the [SAUCE] ingredients and mix well with the cucumbers.
