Poke bowls are great as it offers varieties to my family as some have different preferences in the amount of carbs (rice) or veggies intake. I used to have poke bowls marinated in soy sauce or mayonnaise, but thanks to one of my friends’ recommendation, I started having poke bowls in Korean style! It is a great alternative way to enjoy poke!
